This amazing ingredient makes its debut as the hero ingredient for the month of September across all Hilton hotels in Malaysia.

It is sight that allows you to see color, which influences our idea of flavors. Our chefs choose the freshest of lemongrass stalks that are firm, pale-green and bulbous at the base, bringing out the delicacy of each dish whether used in teas, soups and curries or in meat, chicken and seafood dishes.
• Smell -- Smell acts in tandem with taste to identify food flavors and helps us to appreciate the alluring flavors of food and drink. The smell of lemongrass known to be relaxing, soothing and balancing has a light and fresh lemony smell with earthy undertones.
