Richard has over 30 years of multidisciplinary experience with an extensive background in Cards and Payments, Sales, Finance, Operations and Customer Service. Before co-founding Monetize Consulting in 2011, Richard was Customer Services Director for Ingenico, Northern Europe, Managing Director of Sagem Matsu, SVP of Thyron Systems and held various senior appointments in Payments and Commercial Banking within HSBC.
