The three starter kits retail for $19, $29 and $39, which reflect the monthly premium for each insurance product that a typical person would pay. For example, the $39 starter kit offers both $200,000 of term life insurance coverage over a 20-year term, and $2,000/month of disability income insurance (payable for up to two years) to age 67.

Rise, insurance to lift your life, is uniquely packaged in a 3.5 in. by 5.5 in. starter kit, available in specially designed kiosks in Family Christian’s four Cleveland-area retail locations in Elyria, Mentor, North Olmsted, and Strongsville.

Brightpeak requires the completion of a short phone questionnaire to determine eligibility. If the individual or couple does not qualify for insurance coverage based on its underwriting guidelines, the consumer can use the debit card to purchase other products from Family Christian or other retailers. Each Rise™ starter kit also includes a “Basics of Insurance” handbook to help customers better understand the value and benefits of term life and disability insurance products.
