RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions announces a single “one stop shopping” retail store business in Italy with the integration of its Toshiba retail-focused S3, Store System Solutions business located in Italy, with Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions (Italy) S.r.l. The integrated portfolio of the S3 POS, software, services and maintenance business in its entirety will accelerate innovation and expand go-to-market capability. The integration is effective on December 1, 2014, subject to local country policies.

In-country leadership for Italy will be provided by Luigi Loda, Vice President and Country Leader, Italy and Gianmario Braidotti, Country Sales Leader, Italy.
