TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Out of an abundance of caution, Heinz is voluntarily expanding its recent withdrawal of one item to include one additional variety of infant food sold in jars in Canada. There have been no confirmed reports of illness related to either product. This precautionary action is being taken due to a small number of dented or popped safety caps found in this product.
