(“iSatori”) (OTCQB: IFIT) , jointly announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement and plan of merger and reorganization (“Agreement”) whereby FitLife Brands will acquire all of the outstanding shares of iSatori, Inc. in an all-stock transaction. Under the terms of the Agreement, which has been approved by the boards of directors of both companies, FitLife will issue to shareholders
