OSLO, Norway--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of NextGenTel Holding ASA has in a board meeting 2 June 2015 decided to distribute a quarterly dividend of NOK 1.25 per share. This decision is based on a proxy from the annual general meeting on 24 April 2015. The share will be traded ex dividend from 18 June 2015 and the dividend will be settled on 2 July 2015.
