NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed the Issuer Default Rating (IDR) for Constellation Brands Inc. (Constellation) and for CIH International S.a.r.l. at 'BB+'. Fitch has also withdrawn all ratings assigned to Constellation's previous credit facility and term loans and assigned new ratings to Constellation's amended $4.1 billion credit facility including the revolving facility, U.S. term loan A and European term loan A.
