About the Speakers:Karen Sossin, MS, CDN Creator & Director, Think.Eat.Play.Karen Sossin is a nutritionist and inspirational speaker who specializes in sports nutrition, weight management and disordered eating behavior and has worked with schools throughout the nation for over 20 years.

Juliet Zuercher, RD Faculty Member, Timberline Knolls Clinical Development InstituteJuliet started with Timberline Knolls as the nutrition coordinator. Today, she travels extensively throughout the country presenting workshops to help educate professionals on the treatment of eating disorders.
