Chicago-native and Northwestern University graduate Saad Shahab officially joined CarrierDirect's team in September of 2013. With a degree in industrial engineering and economics, Shahab began his career as a management consultant in the internal consulting group at The Allstate Corporation, where he advised enterprise leaders on strategic and operational initiatives for nearly three years. Outside of work, Shahab has always fostered a passion for helping to launch and grow organizations from the ground up. At Northwestern University, Shahab founded a premier student consulting organization that works with over 100 local non-profit organizations annually. During its first year, the group was awarded "Best New Organization of the Year" for its impact in the local and academic community.
Currently, Shahab also serves as active President of the Chicago chapter of YOUR DIL, a young professionals organization that raises funds for a non-profit providing education to underprivileged girls in rural and neglected areas of Pakistan. During his Presidency he has led the group to raise more capital for their causes than any other chapter across the country.
Shahab was drawn to the CarrierDirect position as yet another opportunity to take part in the growth of a fast growing organization as it advances in the marketplace.
