Jehu Hand is now in control of Jackson Corporate Trust Company Limited, a corporate trust provider he had recently founded in Antigua.

He has served multiple notable firms with distinction over the past 30 years. As a young associate, Jehu Hand had the honor of being assigned to the representation of The Limited and BancOne of Ohio. He is also proud to have had the opportunity to receive training from and work with the firm of Schwartz, Kelm, Warren and Rubenstein, a group he credits with providing him the foundation for what has been a highly productive and successful legal career. Jehu Hand was a Partner with the California-based firm of Day, Campbell & Hand from January to December of 1990 before transitioning to the position of shareholder with McKittrick, Jackson, DeMarco &Peckenpaugh, a law corporation that, at the time, had been the fifth largest firm in Orange County, California.

Jehu Hand was involved with Biolase Technology, Inc. from January to December of 1992, serving the company as Vice President-Corporate Counsel and Secretary during that time. He became Director of Biolase in February of 1992, serving in this position for one year. He helped to transform Biolase, once a family-owned designer, marketer and manufacturer of dental lasers, into a full-fledged public company during that time. Jehu Hand's exemplary leadership ability and professional legal expertise was instrumental in the company's transition into an industry-leading dental laser manufacturer.

Jehu Hand then served as Counsel to the Law Firm of Lewis, D'Amato, Brisbois&Bisgaard from January of 1992 to October of 1992. His experience continued to grow during this time, and has helped him to build what has been a successful and lengthy career in both the legal profession and in the financial industry. During the course of his career, he has been involved as legal counsel to the underwriter and/or issuer in well over 100 public offerings. Jehu Hand also served as counsel on the initial public offering of Compressico, Inc., Team Tech Global, Inc., Winner Medical Group, Inc., Aradyme Corporation and the Smith and Wesson Holding Corporation.
