The introduction of these products is part of IASIS’ ongoing effort to provide efficient, affordable patient care using Health Choice’s care coordination expertise.

They serve members in Apache, Coconio, Gila, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pima and Pinal counties, aligning with the populations already served by IASIS’ long-standing Arizona managed Medicaid and Medicare special needs health plans operator, Health Choice Arizona.
