RYE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The rights offering (the “Offering”) made by The Gabelli Multimedia Trust Inc. (NYSE:GGT) (the “Fund”) to the Fund’s common stockholders will expire on Friday, July, 18, 2014 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

SUMMARY OF THE TERMS OF THE OFFERING

Holders of Rights who wish to subscribe for additional shares of common stock should contact their broker or advisor for instructions with respect to exercising Rights.
