NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has withdrawn its 'AA-' implied unlimited tax general obligation (ULTGO) bond rating for the city of South Ogden, UT. Pursuant to criteria, Fitch assigned the implied rating in conjunction with its rating on the city's series 2004 sales tax revenue bonds which have now been repaid in full.
