CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'BB+(EXP)' rating to Oi Brasil Holdings Cooperatief U.A.'s (Oi Netherlands) proposed up to EUR750 million senior unsecured notes due 2021. Oi Netherlands is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oi S.A. (Oi, 'BB+'/Outlook Stable) and the notes will be fully guaranteed by Oi and will rank pari passu with Oi's other senior unsecured debt obligation. The proceeds from the notes will be used for Oi's liability management. Holders of Oi's certain existin
