NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund, Inc. (NYSE:ARDC) and Ares Multi-Strategy Credit Fund, Inc. (NYSE:ARMF) (each a “Fund” and together, the “Funds”) will hold a joint special meeting of stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) on July 14, 2015, beginning at 12:00 p.m. Pacific time at the offices of Ares Capital Management II LLC (the “Adviser”). Stockholders of each Fund of record as of the close of business on May 22, 2015 are entitled to vote at the Special Meeting or
