WHEATON, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--First Trust New Opportunities MLP & Energy Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE: FPL) has increased its regularly scheduled monthly common share distribution to $0.1033 per share from $0.1017 per share. The distribution is payable on July 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as of July 6, 2015. The ex-dividend date is expected to be July 1, 2015.
