ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--U.S. Bank has hired longtime St. Louis banker Larry Otto as its market president, succeeding Joseph Imbs III who recently retired. Otto will lead the market in company-wide efforts and activities, and will direct commercial banking in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
