Fitch Upgrades Bolivia's Ratings to 'BB'; Outlook Revised to Stable

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has upgraded Bolivia's long-term foreign and local currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) to 'BB' from 'BB-'. Fitch also upgraded the issue ratings on Bolivia's senior unsecured foreign and local currency bonds to 'BB' from 'BB-'. The Rating Outlooks on the long-term IDRs have been revised to Stable from Positive. In addition, Fitch has upgraded the Country Ceiling to 'BB' from 'BB-' and affirmed the short-term foreign currency IDR at 'B'. KEY RATING DRI
