NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned a short-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) of 'F2' to Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) and assigned a 'F2' short-term rating to CSC Capital Funding Limited's 500 million Euro commercial paper (CP) facility. CSC Capital Funding Limited is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of CSC. Fitch has also affirmed the ratings for CSC, including the IDR at 'BBB' with a Stable Outlook. The notes outstanding under the commercial paper program will be guarante
