Chenevert to act as an exclusive advisor targeting opportunities in the aerospace and industrials sectors and advise other businesses. Mr. Chenevert, 58, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX), retired in November 2014 after 22 years with the company. During his six-year tenure as CEO of United Technologies, the market capital
