SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has downgraded the rating to 'BB+' from 'BBB-' on the approximately $683 million California Statewide Communities Development Authority revenue bonds, series 2014A-C, issued on behalf of Loma Linda University Medical Center. The Rating Outlook remains Negative. SECURITY The bonds are secured by a gross revenue pledge and mortgage pledge of the obligated group (OG). In addition, there is a debt service reserve fund.
