CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'BB+' rating to the following bonds expected to be issued on behalf of Plymouth Place: --$57,085,000 Illinois Finance Authority revenue bonds series 2015 Additionally, Fitch has assigned a 'BB+' rating to the following bonds issued on behalf of Plymouth Place: --$24,765,000 Illinois Finance Authority revenue bonds series 2013 The series 2015 bonds are expected to be issued as tax-exempt fixed-rate bonds. Bond proceeds will be used to (1) re
