Best has downgraded the financial strength rating to A (Excellent) from A+ (Superior) and the issuer credit ratings to “a+” from “aa-” of Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Idaho and its indirect subsidiary, Western Community Insurance Company, collectively referred to as Farm Bureau of Idaho Group (Group). All companies are domiciled in Pocatello, Idaho. The outlook for all ratings has been revised to stable from negative. The ratings downgrade reflect
