LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NERA Economic Consulting, a leading global provider of economic research and financial analysis and advisory services in business, legal, and regulatory matters, today announced that Antoinette (Toni) Pincott has joined the practice as Senior Vice President to lead the further development of the International Arbitration Practice, based out of London.

Ms. Pincott is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and has acted as an expert witness or advisor in complex commercial disputes for over twenty-five years, and is regarded as one of the leading quantum and accounting expert witnesses currently in practice. During her career Ms. Pincott has acted on a wide spectrum of international cases - her arbitration experience includes bilateral investment treaty disputes, international joint venture or Sale & Purchase agreement disputes, as well corruption and competition investigations. Her work encompasses business and share valuations, losses arising from breach of contract and warranty, loss of profit and business interruption claims, post-acquisition disputes, as well as insurance and negligence claims. Ms Pincott’s is also a non-practising barrister and a CEDR qualified mediator and has acted as a lead mediator or assistant arbitrator on numerous occasions.

Ms. Pincott has been included in the international Who's Who of Commercial Arbitration for three years as one of the world’s leading arbitration expert witnesses.
