SAN FRANCISCO & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Swander Pace Capital, a leading private equity firm specializing in investments in consumer products companies, is selling Merrick Pet Care (“Merrick”), a natural and organic pet food leader, to Nestlé Purina PetCare.
