CINCINNATI, Jan. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- LCS, developer of Rent Manager^® property management software and other business-critical technologies, is pleased to share that company President and CEO, David Hegemann, received a Patriot Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) on November 26, 2013. The award was given in recognition of the company's support of its active duty reservist employees, as well as its contributions to the Navy Operations Support Center (NOSC) Cincinnati.

LCS employee Jim DeSalvo, a Navy Reservist, nominated Hegemann for the Patriot Award. "Dave is highly supportive of my coworkers' and my service in the Reserve," said DeSalvo. "LCS also donated more than 20 flat-screen monitors to update NOSC Cincinnati's computer workstations, as well as 10 enterprise-grade servers that act as training aids for IT-rated sailors stationed at the NOSC."

The award was presented by Mike Emerine, Area Chair of ESGR. Also in attendance at the presentation were LCS employees and Naval Reservists Chief Petty Officer Joshua Smith; Petty Officer Second Class Taylor Duncan; and, as previously mentioned, Petty Officer Third Class Jim DeSalvo.
