NEW DELHI, India--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Syniverse executives and thought leaders will meet with representatives from India’s leading mobile operators and brands on September 26-27 in Gurgaon, when the company hosts a private workshop for its customers. Entering its fourth year, the annual event is expected to draw more than 70 representatives from each of India’s major mobile network operators and brands and is designed to help customers deliver the latest mobile innovations to their end users. The workshop will be hosted by Syniverse Chief Sales Officer Morten Brøgger and attended by other company leaders and experts.

Themed ‘Deliver a Superior Real-Time Mobile Experience,’ the one-and-a-half-day workshop will address an array of topics, including the exploration of mobile engagement possibilities with LTE; bridging 2G, 3G and 4G technologies among operators, networks and devices; optimizing customer care through Real-Time Intelligence solutions; and increased end-subscriber engagement with location-based services. Syniverse will also offer workshop attendees a session highlighting its Mobile Enterprise Services that allow brands to engage their consumers in real time on any network, device or location anywhere in the world.
