BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange (MITX) announced the eight individuals chosen for the 2014 Future Leaders Group (FLG). These individuals were selected from a pool of exceptionally talented nominees based on their leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and early impact on the Massachusetts innovation economy.
Individuals named to the FLG benefit from direct access to MITX events, exclusive networking and mentoring opportunities, and engagement with the MITX Board of Directors. For MITX, the FLG serves as a valuable resource for the organization; providing a fresh perspective on up-and-coming innovation, marketing, and technology trends.
“MITX’s Future Leaders Group is, to me, one of our most exciting initiatives,” said Amy Quigley, President of MITX. “This program brings together some of the brightest, most driven, creative young talent in our community, and I am honored to welcome this year’s group of outstanding individuals. I’m eager to see what they will achieve.”

The final group is chosen by the MITX Future Leaders Group Committee.
“I’m looking forward to another successful year with MITX’s FLG,” said MITX Board member and FLG Committee Chairman, Scott Savitz. “Each year, the program draws an incredibly talented and driven group of individuals, and this year is no different. I’ve seen the influence this group can have, and I am excited to see what this year’s class brings to the Boston community.”
