SOLNA, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: ICA Gruppen AB (STO:ICA) ICA Gruppen has decided to outsource part of its IT operations. Following transition costs in 2015, this change will decrease costs in stages by approximately SEK 75 million starting from 2016 (compared with 2014). The outsourcing affects both IT infrastructure and application-related areas. Approximately 120 people at ICA Gruppen and ICA Sweden will be offered jobs with Infosys.
