(Nasdaq: VECO) announced today that Sanan Optoelectronics, the largest LED manufacturer in China, has ordered 50 TurboDisc® EPIK700™ Gallium Nitride (GaN) Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) reactors for the production of light emitting diodes (LEDs).
