NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE:EL) announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire GLAMGLOW, the Hollywood skin care brand focused on fast-acting treatment masks designed to deliver stunning, camera-ready results.
