STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Millicom (NASDAQ:MICC) (STO:MIC), the international telecommunications and media company (Stockholmsbörsen: MIC), has agreed terms and conditions to acquire the business of TeleCable Económico TVE, S.A. and merge the company with its Costa Rican subsidiary.
