SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NeoPhotonics Corporation (NYSE:NPTN), today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the tunable laser product lines of EMCORE Corporation (NASDAQ: EMKR) for approximately $17.5 million.
