MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Target Corporation (NYSE:TGT) announced that Target Canada Co. (“Target Canada”) has obtained an Initial Order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Court”) for creditor protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") earlier this morning.
