BORÅS, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News:(STO:MQ) held its Annual General Meeting on 29 January 2015 in Gothenburg, Sweden. At the AGM, the income statements and balance sheets of the Parent Company and the Group for the 2013/2014 financial year were approved. The AGM also approved the Board’s proposal for the distribution of profits through a dividend of SEK 1.36 per share. The record date was set as Monday, 2 February 2015 and payment is expected to be made through Euroclear Sweden AB
