PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Columbia Sportswear Company, (NASDAQ:COLM), voted to expand the board to 11 members (from 10 previously) and elected Malia H. Wasson to serve in the newly-created position, effective March 19, 2015.
