KFAR SAVA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Silicom Ltd. (NASDAQ:SILC) (TASE:SILC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend in the amount of US $1.00 per share in respect of its 2014 results, representing an aggregate distribution of approximately US $7.3 million. The declaration of this dividend is in accordance with the Company’s dividend policy announced in January 2013.
