ARMONK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IBM (NYSE:IBM) today announced that a 451 Research survey of almost 2,000 enterprise cloud users has named IBM as the company most likely to win significant cloud hosting projects. The survey was commissioned by Microsoft.
