GOLDEN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Good Times Restaurants Inc. (Nasdaq: GTIM) (“Good Times” or the “Company”) today announced that it has entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement for all of the membership interests in Bad Daddy’s International, LLC (“BDI”). Upon completion of the purchase, which is subject to financing, BDI will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
