LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) announced today that Stephen D. Lebovitz, president and CEO of CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., has been elected by ICSC’s Board of Trustees to serve as the association’s chairman for the 2015–2016 term.
