OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sonic Corp. (NASDAQ:SONC), the nation's largest chain of drive-in restaurants, today announced that Stephen C. Vaughan, the company’s Executive Vice President of Franchise Operations, Finance and Planning, will resign from the position effective June 19, 2015.
