JACKSON, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: CALM) announced today that Timothy Thompson has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. This appointment was made effective June 1, 2015, by written consent of the Company’s Board of Directors. Thompson will have responsibility for all of Cal-Maine Foods’ production and processing facilities located in Arkansas.
