NORTH CHELMSFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Courier Corporation (“Courier”) (Nasdaq:CRRC) today announced that the Courier shareholders voted to approve the previously announced definitive agreement, dated as of February 5, 2015, pursuant to which R.R.
