SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wella’s Hairdressers at Heart and the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation announced the winners of the Vidal Sassoon Professional Beauty Education Scholarship Program “Basic” and “Advanced” competitions on May 28.
