STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: Opus Group (STO:OPUS) has per July 1, 2015, completed the divestment of Opus Equipment to MECA Scandinavia AB, a subsidiary of Mekonomen Group. The purchase price on a debt free basis amounts to approximately SEK 51 million and is paid in cash.
