CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'A' rating to PepsiCo, Inc.'s (PepsiCo) $3.25 billion multi-tranche offering. The $3.25 billion issuance includes two-year $650 million, seven-year $800 million, 10-year $700 million and 30-year $500 million senior notes along with two-year $600 million floating rate senior notes.
