LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Caleres (NYSE: CAL)(caleres.com) announced today it priced an offering of $200 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.250% Senior Notes due 2023 in a private placement. The offering is expected to close on or about July 27, 2015, subject to market and other conditions.
