(NYSE: SLG), an S&P 500 company and New York City's largest commercial property owner, today announced that Adidas has signed a 10-year lease at 115 Spring Street, a prime location in one of Manhattan’s strongest retail areas. The two-level 5,218 square foot space will be the new home of the sportswear company’s Originals boutique.
