MIDLAND, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) announced today the completed sale of AgroFresh, its post‐harvest specialty chemical business, to Boulevard Acquisition Corp., a public investment vehicle, formed by Avenue Capital Group, for more than $900 million.
